However, if you need a translation or localisation with a special purpose, I will need further information, e. g., about your business and your target group. In such cases it will be advisable to arrange a meeting in advance in which we can discuss all these important details.

Unfortunately, I cannot tell you exactly how long it will take, because there are several factors to consider. Important factors are, e. g., the lengths of the text, technical language and level thereof, legibility, layout work, etc. However, I can give you an exact delivery date if you send me your documents in advance.

The fee for translating mainly depends on the number of characters to be translated. The longer the text, the higher the fee. Certain factors will result in a higher fee, such as:

• customary software cannot read your document 
• creating the translation demands additional services such as layout work
• the original document features many handwritten annotations
